Every year, competition for jobs increases, given the limited supply of qualified human resources. This is why many universities are competing to create beneficial programs to improve the quality of their graduates.

To prepare graduates with high competitiveness, FTKE held an activity “Becoming an Excellent Person”. On February 14, 2025, Building D, 4th floor. This activity also coincided with the Undergraduate and Postgraduate Judiciary of 55 FTKE USAKTI Students. In this activity, provisions were provided to alumni, including; preparation for making CVs, interview preparation; getting to know the world of work. In addition to providing the world of work to alumni; activities were also carried out to introduce and prepare Tracer Studies so that alumni can be properly recorded. This series of activities is expected to be provided by the Head of the Internship Technical Implementation Unit and Alumni Relations of Trisakti University and existing partners.

In addition to the Head of the Internship Technical Implementation Unit and Alumni Relations of Trisakti University and partners, activities were also conducted to motivate alumni to prepare for the competition in finding employment. This is expected to provide graduates with direct training before entering the workforce.

This activity aims to prepare graduates for work, familiarize them with the world of work, introduce and prepare for Tracer Study, and foster thinking and motivation for the Nation and Country.
