The Master of Petroleum Engineering Study Program has produced many graduates with significant competencies, enabling them to compete nationally and globally in securing relatively promising jobs that align with their fields of expertise.
These graduates are an asset to the Master of Petroleum Engineering Study Program. Therefore, it is crucial to maintain a good relationship between the Study Program and its graduates, particularly in providing input for curriculum improvements.
One activity that has been implemented is the alumni seminar (Alumni Talks). This alumni seminar is held annually, inviting several alumni to present on their work areas. This seminar aims to broaden students’ understanding of the job market and academic fields at the institutions where they work, as well as internship opportunities at the institutions where they work. This event also serves as a forum for alumni gatherings and discussions about potential research collaborations, which are expected to assist students in accelerating their studies.
